anyone else been regularly billed twice a month for dropbox plus?

hi, I have just found out that I was being billed twice a month for the same subscription: Dropbox plus. only found out after receiving payment request from itunes yesterday, even though i cancelled the dropbox sub in October, and the account does not show further payments. i used exactly the same account to use Dropbox in ipad, and i suspect this is where the problem lies... any ideas? thanks!

Hey there @doublebilled, thanks for checking in with us!

In general, if you used your phone or tablet to purchase a Dropbox plan, you must cancel your subscription through iTunes or Google Play, depending on your device type.

Since you mention that the payment request is coming from iTunes, I'd recommend contacting them for more info.
