how do I remove HP promotional storage space

New member | Level 2

I inadvertently did the install of the promotional 25 gb / free for a year. I want it gone, I only want to see the storage space I had before I added the promotional space. It seems Dropbox doesn't want us to know how to do that? Can anyone help?

Re: how do I remove HP promotional storage space

Hi @bsmall, I hope you're well today!

You should be able to see all additional promotional space on your account from your Plan page here.

You can see exactly how much storage space you currently have, and you can scroll down and click the "Earn more space" option to see all the info that you need.

It's not currently possible to remove this additional space from your account through your account settings, however it will be removed automatically when the promotion expires.

I hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions!
