"Linking two account has been disabled", what can I do to enable it?

New member | Level 2

I'm working on my home computer where I have my personal dropbox synced. I'd like to also sync my work dropbox account but get the following message: "Linking two Dropbox accounts has been disabled on this computer by your administrator."

I don't have IT to contact. Is this something that I need to ask my boss to address in her Dropbox settings? If so, would you please link me to instructions?

If it's settings on my personal computer would you please provide me with instructions on how to fix this?

The Team Admin for your Business account will need to enable that within the Admin Console of the account.
