The new comments system is very glitchy—has been for a couple of weeks now, intermittently. Coworkers are exasperated and want to move our workflow to Google Drive. Was hoping it was a KA being looked at already.
We're experiencing issues across all browsers, various Mac OS. Comments do not display in full sometimes, do not click-to-jump to the page where they were entered, lag time when leaving replies, etc. You can also no longer see the comment when you hover over the note in a PDF—they can only be read in the sidebar. That's a problem when you have multiple notes that say "delete comma" and can't tell which yellow box they match!
Anyone else reporting this?

I have found your existing ticket on our system and passed your comments there to have all the relevant info under one place (and expedite matters as I've raised your ticket's priority).
