I have an existing Dropbox Plus account and want to enable a desktop with a new operating system to access that account.  When I install the exe file it forces me to create a new account.

If you install the Dropbox desktop application, you'll get an option to sign into an existing account.

Do you have the Dropbox mobile app installed on a device to use this feature?
