After the new version is installed
On the mac system, it is very inconvenient to see the folder icon in the synchronization status bar upside down.
Please let me know how to solve it, thanks!

Sorry for the wrong description just now.
To be precise, after installing the latest version of the client, the icon of the synchronization status of the folder is not displayed. This has caused me a lot of trouble, I don't know if the folder is synced or not.

Hi @shenfeiyu, let's jump right into this!

If I understand things right, it seems you're having some trouble when it comes to the Dropbox syncing icons, inside your Dropbox folder, am I right on this? If not, feel free to correct me.

It might sound trivial, but have you tried restarting your device at all?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

I've tried many ways so far, but none of them solve the problem.
1. Restart mac os
2. Restart the DropBox software
These methods did not work, and the status of the synchronization icon is still not displayed.

Hi @shenfeiyu, can you locate your little Dropbox icon, next to your WiFi on your menu bar?

If so, could you then hover your mouse over it, and let me know what it reports in terms of the syncing status?
