Hi. I have a problem with DB app. Since I joined family plan I saw a prompt to put my DOB. And it will not go away. I keep seeing the same screen even after selecting date. Anybody had the same issue?

Hi @Dariusz1, how are you today? 

 

Could you send me a screenshot of the prompt that keeps popping up when you open your mobile app? Just make sure none of your personal info is shown there. 

 

Also, when you access the account's settings, do you see the correct date-of-birth there?
