My dropbox on Win 10 stopped working with the above mentioned message. I tried to do complete offline reinstall but the installer told me that it could not start. I then removed all DropBox Folders on my computer (Except for the dropbox content) and just the same happens.
Anyone has any idea how to proceed?

Could you please let us know your computer's exact OS and also send us a screenshot of the error you're getting?
