Applying template to existing Paper doc

Applying template to existing Paper doc

I have integrated Dropbox Paper with my Slack account such that I can type

/paper new Meeting Notes

to create a new document titled "Meeting Notes." When I open this document, it is set to the standard blank template, but I would like to be able to apply a Meeting Notes template to the existing file. Currently, it seems as if I can only use a template if I initially select Create meeting notes or Create with templates from the Dropbox Paper home page.

Is there a way to apply a template to this existing file? Thanks for any suggestions to improve my workflow!

Hey @ForrestTown11, thanks for posting to our Community!

Have you perhaps checked out this article with info on how to work with templates in Paper?

If you don't see what you'd like to do in that article, you can always post an idea for a feature on our idea board for other users to up-vote.

Let me know if you have any questions.
