I've installed the app on the new S22 ultra. I'm logging in. The app flashes and turns off. Then I'm trying to open again. Blue loading screen switches on with a dropbox icon. And the app closes. What's that? I've control on the old device and desktop version.
Hi @sithldv, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?
Keep me updated with any progress.

Hi! No that didn't help. Maybe I should remove one old device before logging in on the new one? And where can I remove the old device (DB is deleted already on it).
You can check your list of active devices from the page I linked previously, and remove them from your account as well.

After removing the device from the list, a new device was connected to the DB!
Does this mean that it's working normally now on your device?
