Thank you for your input. Because I don't have a direct license with Symantec I can't open a supportrequest. The License belongs to the Enterprise. Long way to go there.......
Also Dropbox is not an official corporate tool so I don't know if I get any help by the IT department.
It all seams like it's goodby for Dropbox on Enterprise Laptops and PC if the problem can't be solved on your side. Sad but maybee true )-:

I'd be happy to help where I can with this. Can you let me know if your Symantec installation was updated at all? Which version are you currently running?

I'm in the same boat with my Enterprise IT Dept. Because Dropbox is not supported by our Enterprise, they're not excited about me updating to a one-off maintenance upgrade.

For those who can't update to the 15.1 MP version, I'll keep my eyes peeled for when this is released officially as a new version and let you know as soon as possible.
When this is released, hopefully your IT departments won't have any issues with updating your devices to that version.
Sorry that I can't suggest much more for this, but I'll keep you all posted here with any info I get.

Hey everyone, I have a small update for anyone using Symantec!
The update that was previously only available with the Symantec Endpoint Protection Maintenance Patch (15.1 MP) should now be available to all with the latest update.
If you're not able to update the app itself, please contact your IT department to see if they can update the app on your device. For more info, you can check the Symantec Support Center here.
