Did you find my issue in your systems?  Whats the deal?  Why is your software not working for me and all the other people who have commented on this thread reporting this same issue?  I first contacted you guys back in May about this problem.

I do understand where you're coming from and I've actually passed your comments along to the ticket in question.

 

The best way to get support on this, is to reply to the ticket, to see if the team has any updates for you.
