Cannot login using dropbox app

I am trying to access a dropbox account on a second PC. When I login on the desktop app (Windows 10) using the correct email and password, after clicking the login button after a few seconds the screen remains in place but no access. Yes I've thoroughly checked the email and password are correct!

 

I have tried disabling Antivirus and Fire wall. I also re-downloaded the app form the dropbox web site.

Hey @bananaFace, let's jump right into this! 

 

If you're using a Basic account, have you checked your security page, in order to make sure that you don't have more than 3 devices connected

 

If you have checked, and this isn't the case; can you perform an advanced re-install, and let me know how things turn out?
