It gives me error all the time when I try to open my account on my android with my correct email and password. I´ve tried by sending a code to my email, etc., but it doesn´t work and it tells me to contact the support center but the automatic replies have not helped either
We really need to know what the error is....

the error is that either the email address or password is wrong
Hey @Angeles C! Can you please try resetting your Dropbox password as a test, and let me know if that helps?

I have tried innumerable times to access my dropbox account from my new cel phone and I haven´t been able. It gives me an error (email or password are incorrect). I have changed my password several times and still gives me the same error
Thanks for giving that a try, @Angeles C. Is there any chance you’ve made an email typo?
If you try to log in to your Dropbox account on the website, are you receiving the same error?

It works on the website. The problem is with the app. I have reloaded the app to start from scratch but it gives me the same error
Hi @Angeles C, would you mind checking the connected devices section in the security page in your account settings, to double-check if you have 3 devices linked to your account already?
That would be the limit when using a Basic plan.
If you only see two devices, please send me a screenshot, while hiding the device names and also a screenshot of the error message you're getting.
