Changed phones and iCloud did not load

I changed phones and all my old files are no longer in my Dropbox. Dropbox is now asking me to upgrade as I am out of space. I am currently paying $9.99 a month and have only used about 15% from my original plan. I have tried to contact customer support three times and my request went unanswered.

Hey @Elihyman, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

It sounds like you logged into a newly created or empty account instead of logging into your upgraded account.

Do you happen to have more than one Dropbox accounts, associated with different email addresses?

Also, what do you see in your account's plan tab and your events page?

Keep us posted!
