I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 with apps built in printer. All connect except Dropbox. Keeps telling me internal error update firmware on printer. I have updated everything and it still won't connect to dropbox

You need to contact HP. The Dropbox app on the printer is not created by Dropbox. It's likely created by HP using the Dropbox API. Several changes have occurred in the API over the last year and HP likely needs to update their Dropbox app to work properly again.

I have contacted them and they want to send me to the friends department and charge 15.00. your right the problem is with the printer built in app not my dropbox account
