RobotAsket_0-1685621750014.pngGreetings, I have a problem with constant loading of a disk that I did not even choose for this. The process stands at 63 percent, and does not change or cancel, DropBox itself perceives it as filling.

Hey @RobotAsket, thanks for letting us know about this and welcome to the Dropbox Community.

This is referring to an external drive, correct? Is this drive still connected to your computer?

How does the backup appear in your backups page online?

And if you close the Dropbox app and then relaunch it, does it help?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

Thanks for your response, this is the main drive of the laptop. I restarted and it didn't help, re-login solved the problem but temporarily. Unfortunately, I currently do not have access to a PC to view how it is displayed in the browser version. Once again, thank you very much for your response.

Hi @RobotAsket, from the screenshot, it should be an external drive that is trying to backup to the site.

Are you certain that you don't have an external drive, USB stick or SD card that is connected to your machine?
