Did the base file path change?

No more Drive:\Dropbox (Company)\ now its Drive:\Company Dropbox\

I keep video files on Dropbox and this change has now broken every link. Is it a setting or something that just changed in how Dropbox works?

It's a change to the folder structure for Business accounts. Refer to the following help article:

Workaround may be creation of one more link named "Drive:\Dropbox (Company)" pointing to "Drive:\Company Dropbox". 😉
