Hi - 

Anyone experience this intermitted problem with Dropbox capture?

Recording section of screen -- every now and then the mouse gestures don't record - render as linear streaks instead.

Strange.

Hey @startupdoc, thanks for bring this to our attention.

Would you mind giving me some details about this issue, like, does this happen when your computer also performs some other task?

Any info would be really helpful. 

And also what is your computer's OS and version?

Windows 10 pro

Version 10.90.19043 Build 19043

Surface Pro

 

Not doing much else at the same time. Just a Chrome browser open and Dropbox capture.

 

Have rebooted many times, shut down and reopened dropbox capture etc etc. 

 

The problem persists intermittently.  When it happens, the recorded clip is unusable.

Hi @startupdoc, I'd recommend getting in contact with the support team directly for further assistance.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
