Dropbox Capture is not saving my videos after pressing stop.

Dropbox Capture is not saving my videos after pressing stop.

My capture stopped working for two weeks and I tried reinstalling it but it's still the same. When I record my screen and press STOP, it usually takes me to the recorded video, but now it just doesn't do anything. The file is also missing in the folder. 
Can anyone help with this, please?

What is the OS on the device you're currently using Dropbox Capture on? Also, would it be possible for you to send some screenshots my way of what you see when this happens?
