Ok to contact me. I found this fix and it worked for me.
1. Go dropbox folder in your finder
2. right click
3. go to "quick actions" (under tags) and click on submenu "customize"
4. a window "extensions" will open.
5. On left index go to "Finder extensions"
6. Deactivate and re-activate "Dropbox Finder Extension"
Feel free to reach out to me by email, too, if you'd like. One comment: the integration has been on for me since yesterday (with the computer sleeping multiple times since then). I installed the new DropBox app and also changed my DropBox settings to open Finder as a default for DropBox rather than the app. So far, so good...
I use Dropbox on a daily within my work - and every day for two weeks the Dropbox integration disappears from time to time over the day. The only solution seems to restart my whole computer, but I can't do that all the time. I've tried to search on the community for answers and tried to install newer versions of dropbox to see if the bug disappears - but no.
However, my files and maps seem to be in sync but the integration in Finder doesn't show up.
How can I solve this?
