Hello,
The folder that was being used to sync everything across my devices has been deleted-how can I fix this please?
Hi @Renovare, happy Monday!
Are you referring to the Dropbox folder that gets installed along with your desktop app?
Can you make sure your app is running, by re-installing it using this link?

Yes, Dropbox is running. I have already deleted and installed it a couple of times attempting to fix the problem.
I forgot to mention this has been going on since February. I contacted support a couple of times and they were absolutely no help. I have not been able to sync anything.

Can you give me some more info as to what isn't syncing? If you open your File Explorer or Finder, can you locate your Dropbox folder that way?

The backup file had somehow become the sync file, and it never worked. After seeking help from support for a number of months I never received any assistance, so I deleted that file, deleted dropbox, and started over. Sadly, I am still unable to save to Dropbox on share sheet.
Hey @Renovare, sorry to jump in, but could you provide us with your ticket IDs in order to look them up in our system?
Also, what happens when you click on the 'How to fix' button shown in your screenshot? Can you navigate to the problematic file by clicking on the 'Go to file' option?
