Recently I upgraded to windows 8.1 I added Dropbox passwords to chrome and I logged in but without asking for recovery words

it just showed this.

I deleted and reinstalled Dropbox passwords but it still didn't fix the problem  I even upgraded from windows 8.1 32 bit to 64 bit

but even that didn't work.

Please help all my passwords are in Dropbox passwords.

Hi @HarryH, in general, without the recovery words, it won't be possible to log back into Dropbox Passwords, nor is it possible for the support team to assist on this matter.

Are you certain you don't have them saved anywhere, or have any access to your account on another device or mobile?

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be possible for support to assist you if you've lost your recovery words, as Dropbox Passwords uses a zero-knowledge encryption system, so Dropbox never stores the decryption key.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
