Dropbox S mode in Offline Mode, Can't View Any Files But Other Dropbox Acct Files are Viewable

I have a personal and business account in Dropbox. On my Microsoft Surface I have the Dropbox S app installed. I've been able to switch back and forth between the two accounts but as of recent I can only view my work acct. When I try to view my personal acct it says it is in offline mode and it can't refresh the folder. My personal acct works totally fine on my phone, laptop and browser so I'm just having the issue on the Surface Dropbox S. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hey @Andrew B.21, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Do you perhaps have any security apps, like an antivirus, firewall, VPN, etc. that might be causing this?

 

You can temporarily disable them, to check this.
