Dropbox has stopped syncing - says no internet

Dropbox stopped syncing across my devices and to my online account. I have tried all suggestions including uninstalling the app. When I attempt to reinstall per directions, I continue to get an error message saying there is no internet.

What version of Windows are you running on your machine?

 

Did this happen after any recent updates to Dropbox or Windows itself?
