Hi @eddykcle, thanks for posting here. 

 

Just to have a clearer idea of what’s happening, can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your end? Just make sure to hide any sensitive/personal info that may be showing. 

 

Also, what’s the OS version of your device, as well as the app version of your Dropbox Passwords app (as shown in the app's settings)?

Hello, @Nancy. There is only card no, expiry day and Card holder name three field, but no cvv. I'm using the latest version on iphone. My app language is using Traditional Chinese. Thankyou!

I have the same problem.

Lastest French version of iOS application.

 

CCV is present in chrome on Windows, but not on iOS application

Thanks both for sending over more info!

 

If you don’t save your card’s CVV to your Dropbox Passwords account on your mobile, does this prevent you from completing your payments/transactions?

Hi,

 

On iOS, i can't have completion on credit card payment : interface of Dropbox Passwords is not proposed.

 

So I have to go to Dropbox Password app to copy credit card information. But the problem is not that i don't SAVE CCV on mobile, it's that's THERE IS NO CCV field on mobile. So I can't copy (or even memorize CCV) to paste or write on website.

 

My CCV are save on DropBox Passwords with Chrome on PC but doesn't show on iOS app. Just look at the screen capture of eddykcle.

Sorry to hear about this, @PhilGG90.

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox Passwords app on your device, to see if that helps at all?
