Dropbox widget not available on an Android 12 device

Hi! I used to have widgets in my previous mobile (like folders shortcuts) but now I have an oppo Reno6pro 5g with android 12 and when I access to the list of available widgets, Dropbox is not present. What can I do to have shortcuts?

I just tested this out on my end and it works, so let's see what the issue is here.

Can you try to uninstall Dropbox from your device, restart the device and then reinstall Dropbox, to see if that helps?

If not, can you send me a screenshot of what you see when you search for Dropbox when you search through apps for widgets?

I just tried to download again Dropbox but it's still missing from the list of available widgets. Here is a screenshot of the begining of this list (too long to show you the whole list but I've been reading it many times and no signe of Dropbox 😞
