Error uninstalling Dropbox from my windows PC.

I can't uninstall the Dropbox desktop app. It gives me an error in the uninstall process, as you can see in the attached image. In Settings / applications / ... I have to click twice on "uninstall" and try to do the process twice, and then the error appears.

Thank you very much!

Hi @Virginia LS, let's see what we can find on this!

Have you tried rebooting the device, then trying again? If not, can you give this one a go?

Thanks a bunch!

Hi @Virginia LS, would you mind trying one more thing?

Please open the "Task Manager" by right-clicking the taskbar and clicking "Start Task Manager".

Then please click on the "Processes" tab to see if there are any associated with Dropbox that may be preventing Dropbox from being removed from your device. You may need to click "Show processes from all users".

Once you are viewing these, if you see any items that refer to Dropbox, or recognize any programs that you may have linked to Dropbox, please perform the following steps for each one:

Click on the line that references the process to select it
Click on "End Process"
