Hello, I recently reinstalled dropbox desktop app on my windows laptop but failed to sign in -- it keeps loading forever and I never get in. Any suggestions?

Hi @Vermouthlili, how are you today?

 

I presume that you are able to sign into our website without any issue, correct?

 

I would suggest to look for an antivirus, firewall, security program, proxy or VPN setting that could be blocking the desktop app from connecting properly.

 

I hope this info helps and please let me know what you find.
