Hello, 

 

Hope you are well ! 

 

I have a problem with the synchronization. 

I m putting files to dropbox on my computer but they don't show up on dropbox of other memebers of my enterprise.

It means they are not synchronizing. 

What can i do ?

Is the Dropbox application running on your computer? If so, what does it say if you hover your cursor over the Dropbox icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac)?

 

If you sign in to the Dropbox website, can you see the files there? If not, it means they're not syncing from your computer. If you can see the files, it means your computer is syncing fine and the issue is likely with the other computer(s) you're syncing with.

So I can't see the files on the website 😞

Hi @Lada Gronskaia, thanks for posting here today! 

 

Can you check, and let me know the app's syncing status, along with the version you have installed on the device? We need to make sure the app is up-to-date, and not "indexing" or "syncing" the content you've added. 

 

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
