Hi @moverl, welcome to our Community!
Have you by any chance tried using a different browser, or an incognito tab on your current one?
Also, do you have access to the email address linked to your Passwords account?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan!
Thank you for your reply!
I have access to the email connected to dropbox: [email removed as per Community Guidelines]
and I have downloaded Google Chrome for my PC with Ubuntu 22.04 OS.
This is the answer I get (in danish) when I try to reset my password for Dropbox Passwords:
"Look for a message on "Firefox Ubuntu"
We just need to make sure you're you before we sync the passwords you've added.
We finish the installation once you have authenticated on Firefox Ubuntu.
Didn't get the message? Send message again"
Still no respond?
Hey @moverl, do you think it'd be possible to send me a screenshot of the error message in English?
I'd mostly appreciate it, thanks!

Hi @moverl, just to let you know that the email address should be no-reply@dropbox.com. Could you check that this is the correct spelling you have in the spam filter?

Checked email is ok!
Hey @moverl, sorry to jump in here as well, but would you mind clarifying which password you're trying to reset?
Passwords should be using the email and password connected to your Dropbox account, is that the password you're trying to reset? To your Dropbox account?
If that's the case and if checking your spam folder and adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts didn't help, can we send you an email, so we can look into this internally?

I can access my Dropbox account, but not my account to Dropbox Passwords account.
Please send me and email.
