My Dropbox icon fell of of myMac Finder Favorites. I dragged the app DB to Favorites. When I click on the icon, it shows all my docs. BUT, when I go to export an email as a pdf to DB and I click on DB it shows a folder that says Content and in that folder are none of my docs.
How do I solve this problem which never happened before. Frustrated at 83 years old! Hope some young, smart techie will rescue me.
Hey @ednalvarez, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
Let's see how we can help with this. Would you mind sending over a few screenshots, so we can have a visual of the situation?
For example, a screenshot of how the Dropbox folder appears for you now, and a screenshot of its current location in Finder would be really helpful.
Thanks!
