Having the same issue with the Kernel update in MacOS since March/April. Would love to have this fixed once and for all.

Hey @KWolf, sorry to hear about this.

Could you please provide some additional information about the issue you're facing so that we make sure we're on the same page?

Thanks so much!

Hi Walter,

It was some time back in March/April of 2022, where Apple released an update to macOS Monterey, (12.3 I believe) that changed some code in the kernel that prevented Dropbox from automatically syncing content when it was called upon. My team an I use After Effects and Dropbox simultaneously for our work. Anyone who's on macOS Monterey 12.3 or later, when they try to open an After Effects project on Dropbox, all the files and assets that go along with the project file stay offline instead of syncing. Myself and one another colleague are still on macOS BigSur, and we do not have this issue at all. I've been hearing that a fix for this is soon to be released by Dropbox to address this long term issue, but at the moment it still remains.
