Hello,

 

I am having issues using dropbox backup (Mac M1) when trying to include local files (external disks work no problem). I have already configured full disk permissions for db and still receiving the same error.

Hey @Antp, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you clarify the location of your computer's Desktop, Documents and Downloads? 

 

Also, what is the Dropbox desktop app's exact status and version as shown in your menu bar at the moment?

Do you have any other cloud providers that could be accessing the folders you’re trying to back up with Dropbox? 

 

In order to double check this, please click on this link and follow the instructions showing there.
