'Move to Dropbox' function - Pop Os - All files gone

I am running Dropbox on Pop OS.

Using Gnome File Manager, I right clicked on my var/www/html directory and clicked 'Move to Dropbox'. The directory was moved from var/www to my Dropbox directory, but it is empty and all of my files are missing.

I am really worried right now as this is a lot of dev work which I hope doesn't get lost.

Does anyone know where the files contained within the moved directory have gone too? I really need to recover these.

Hey @adamscot992, welcome to our Community!

Are you able to locate your directory inside your Dropbox folder? What's the app's syncing status at the moment? It might be syncing the changes, and that might be the reason you can't see your content.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there.
