My Dropbox Stays Syncing many days later even if nothing is going on. See attached image. Currently on v170.3.5822

Hi @dkobia, let's jump right into this! 

 

In regards to your app syncing content, how long has it been like that? Also, can you clarify the OS you're currently using?

Hi @dkobia, do you know how long it has been like that?

 

Also, it sounds like you use a Mac device, is that so? 

 

Can you follow these steps: Click the Dropbox icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen. Then, take note of the time and the number of files that are currently syncing—this will be displayed at the bottom of the window that appears. Wait a while then repeat step 2.

 

If the number of files that are syncing has reduced, then it may be worth waiting a little longer to see if the syncing completes. If not, then it might be worth checking out the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article.
