Hi,
Much as I like using DropBox (and I do, sincerely), it has recently stopped working. Each time I click on any of my shortcuts or try to navigate to any of my folders (where all my precious work is stored), it just hangs. The only way I can get at my work is by having a file already open in DropBox Paper (where I do all my work) and then right-click on another file in the same folder (on the left hand side) to try to get it to open.
Dear Devs, please do help to develop a solution to this problem, because it means I can't use DropBox until it's sorted.

It seems to be behaving itself now, for the most part. (All it means is that some shortcuts don't work on occasion - it may just be my end).

Can you kindly clarify if you're using the website or the desktop app? I'm glad this was temporary though, and that everything is back on track!

To clarify, I am using the website (on an Acer Chromebook Spin 514 CP514-1H) through Google Chrome.

No worries. In truth, the problem persisted intermittently for a couple of days since I first posted this issue, but over the past 24 hours DropBox has worked flawlessly (and my shortcuts are all back - working again).
