No dropbox options on right click menu Windows 10

Windows 10, my drive was filling up so looked for options.  Discovered smart sync is not running.  It used to, not sure when it stopped.  My Dropbox extension is turned on.  I am administrator on this machine and ran a full reinstall; re sync finished this morning. All files have green checks.  When I right click to smart sync the folders I want using that, I have no dropbox options at all.  Not getting any error screens.  Tried another reinstall run as administrator just in case, no change.

 

Ran through the solutions I found here and may have forgotten some information, but have not found any solution.  Suggestions are appreciated.

I'm on automatic updates and windows reports I am up to date, so that's likely.  Can't correlate an update with this problem though, as I don't know when updates happened and when smart sync stopped working.

Hi @Timothy B.10, could you attach a screenshot showing the options you get when you right click a file in your Dropbox folder?

Is the Dropbox desktop application currently running and syncing? Does it have any messages when you hover over the icon in the system tray near the clock?

This is from a right click on a file in a subfolder of my dropbox folder.

Only message is "Dropbox 129.4.3571

Up to date"

Syncing seems to be working normally

Could you show more of the Explorer window itself, as in, where it is to confirm this is a normal syncing Dropbox folder?
