No photo upload in background on iOS 15.6 - iPhone 12

Hallo

I just purchased an iPhone 12 and installed the DB app.

Unfortunately, the camera upload service is not working in background, no matter how I wait.

I can wait the whole day, it just doesn't upload any photo until I reopen the app.

Both the app and the iOS are the latest version.

Background app refresh is on

Camera uploads is on, "All photos"

Upload from "Camera roll"

Include vide is on

Use cell data to back up is on.

Save HEIC photos as "JPG".

Cellular data for DB is set to on.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app.

I tried to unlink relink unlink ecc the phone with the cable.

Any other thing I can try?

Thanks

Hi @Sandrokan, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you confirm the exact version of the Dropbox mobile app you're using?

Are you able to upload images manually to Dropbox via the app?

This will help me to assist further!
