OSX Finder Issue when trying to access the Right-Click DropBox options like "Make Available Offline"

OSX Finder Issue when trying to access the Right-Click DropBox options like "Make Available Offline"

When I am in finder and right-click on a folder to access the DropBox options like "Make Available Offline" or "View on Dropbox.com" the options are not appearing, even after waiting 30-60seconds. My DropBox folder is showing as files all being up to date as well. If I go on to do something else and try again a few minutes later, it might work. It's extremely inconsistent and causing me to waste a great deal of time today. It's bad enough that I can't use DropBox on my Mac as intended thanks to this 12.3 debacle, but now I can't even effectively use the suggested work-around. Reference images showing what the right-click looks like with and without the DropBox functions. I have rebooted, I have checked my internet connection speed and the problem persists.

Hi @CChesnutt, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you attach a screenshot showing that the file on the right is located in the Dropbox folder itself?

Is there a green tick on the file, or another icon?

This will help me to assist further!
