Do you mean that you haven't accessed your account since 2019? If that's the case, then it is most likely gone already. Accounts that are idle for more than a year are deleted due to inactivity. You might have been able to do something about it back then, but certainly not now.
If you still have the same email address that you used for Dropbox then you can try resetting the password for your account. If you don't receive a password reset email, then the account is likely gone.
