Option to remove Capture audio if recording with mic

I saw that there was a screen recording option to capture without audio, but 
I didn't use that.

I can imagine there being a scenario in which one does record with audio,
but decides in post they'd rather it not exist.

meanwhile I'll just tell the recipient to mute the video LOL
