I use both Gmail and Dropbox Paper for communicating with clients about projects and Paper is by far the winner. The Gmail email formatting options feel antiquated and a lot of information gets lost as a group starts to chat. Ye gods! Can you imagine if you could format an email conversation like a Paper document, with a table of contents that updates every time someone addresses that particular line item? I very well may be completely unaware of this kind of functionality with Gmail, but if you guys ever found a way to sell them on some kind of Paper/email layout collaboration, it would change the way businesses discuss projects. Please continue to invest R&D in Paper, I try to get every new client on board with it and I find it one of the most useful communication platforms that I've used. Keep up the good work!
