Popup box confirming that an external drive has been removed

Instead of instantly trashing an entire dropbox folder/set of folders on an external drive (this is a reality of mac OS environments these days) -
Introduce a flow that allows a user to manually confirm that a drive has been removed and prompt options for rectifying.

Background - if an external drive is unplugged while in dropbox - Dropbox will effectively instantly delete the entire dropbox contents requiring a large assisted recovery by tech support.   If you are in a teams environment - the teams folder will be trashed.
