Problems with the dropbox backup, it does not copy the files

Hey @JGARCIA1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If I understand correctly, you have enabled our backup feature, but the folders are stuck at "setting up".
How long has it been stuck like this?
And have you restarted your computer since this happened?
Keep me posted and we'll go from there.

Hey @JGARCIA1, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify your device's OS version and clarify for how long has it been like this?
Does it meet the requirement for the Backup feature as outlined here?
