Customers receive help using the many available support options, based on their account level. You can find the options available to you on the Support page. If you're on a Basic (free) plan, then you're limited to the various self-help options such as the chat bot, help center and posting here on the community. Paid accounts have additional access such as email or live chat support, and phone support for Business customers.

As @Rich suggested, the support options do vary depending on your current Dropbox plan.
