Purpose of Activity Tab on MacOS?

I upgraded finally to MacOS Ventura and  therefor also to the new Data Provider API recommened by Dropbox, but not the whole Activity Tab is empty , i even uploaded an Image to my public Folder that was listed under uploads but the activity is always empty

So am i doing something wrong or did i understand this features purpose wrong?
