Apps and Installations

This is probably going to be a long one. Recently I installed a 500GB M.2 drive, setup windows and tried to install the Dropbox folder, Dropbox wants to set up on my M.2 drive, I want it on my 1 TB second drive. Dropbox has filled up my M.2 drive and I can't delete the folder because it is in use by another program..... but nothing is using it.
Drobox has synced my WD MyPassport portable drive and that's a good thing because MyPassport got dropped one to many times and it failed. Dropbox decide to back that folder up to Dropbox Backup and now I can't download the folder and when I try to download the separate folders in this folder Dropbox tries to download them to my already full M.2 drive.
Plus, I can't find the files Dropbox uploaded the first time to delete them.
My drive is full! I do not want to have to wipe this drive and start over....... I've been a paid user for almost a decade... I'm about to find another service...
Please help and thank you in advance for your help.
Steve
Hi @KA9MOT, let's jump right into this!
If I understand this correctly, among other things you want to know more how you can move the path of your Dropbox folder, right?
When you mentioned you want to download a folder to your Backup, could you give me some additional info? Do you use the web to download content?
As for the files Dropbox uploaded the first time around, you mean the first time you synced on the device? Feel free to clarify if I didn't get any of this correctly, so I can guide you.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there.
