Hi,

 

Can anyone help? No matter what I do, I get redirected back to this page https://www.dropbox.com/team/setup/essential#install it doesn't matter whether I'm logged in/out, or if I follow the links on that page, it just reloads. I can't access dropbox via the internet anymore.

 

I've tried installing the most recent version of dropbox on my computer. I've tried logging in on a private browser. These didn't work.

Hey @parrwill, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

There was indeed an incident that created an issue for team admins accessing our website.

 

This should be resolved now, are you still experiencing this?
