Sync issue

I have a sync issue. Never had the problem before. I've reloaded dropbox. I have enough stroage space. Its a business acount and only 2 users. The other user is fine. Not changed any security settings or having any wifi issues. Using a Mac.

 

Any advice?

What's the sync issue? You need to describe what's happening before we'll know how best to assist you. Describe the issue in detail.
